Her name was given on the 8th of December in 1961, by one of the F.B.I. agent in New York County. John Vincent Coulter, an F.B.I. agent, and his wife, Nell Martin, the husband of Martin. Her ancestry is Irish as well as German. After completing her law degree, she became a legal clerk at the United States Court of Appeals in Kansas. A few years later, she decided to leave the government job for a job at New York City. At her new position, she focused on corporate law. In 1998, she was on T.V. In 1998 she was numerous times on television to talk about what she thought was the Bill Clinton affair and his impeachment. Her debut book, High Crimes Misdemeanors the case against Bill Clinton was published in 1998. The book was later accused of plagiarizing it.
